When our Collections operation moved location the Spratts team provided direct training to ensure the new agents had a good understanding of the process & likely areas of dispute. Similar training sessions had already been held with our Corporate Collections team & from the direct feedback I have received this gave our collections agents far more confidence in dealing with legal queries or customer objections to possible legal action.
