Justine Cadbury Profile Image

Relaunching a flexible career in law with the support of Spratt Endicott

Justine Cadbury - "Turning my back on my career at one of London’s leading sets of family law barristers was not an easy decision."  After 10 years of life at the Bar and a relocation to rural Oxfordshire with her young family, Justine's career was soon set on another path.

"I was offered a job at Spratt Endicott to initially start on 2.5 days a week. Over the last six months, having become accustomed to the workload and finding my pace again, I felt comfortable enough and recently increased my days to three a week."...

Patrick Mulcare

From Trainee to Director

Patrick Mulcare - "I joined Spratt Endicott as a trainee solicitor in 2006. At that time I was in my mid 30s and was pleased to find an opening in a firm which valued my experience. People working at Spratt Endicott often comment on the friendly and supportive environment and I found that to be the case from the outset.

Spratt Endicott is a forward-thinking and rewarding employer, offering a high calibre of work alongside the opportunity to take responsibility quickly for casework as a trainee and newly-qualified solicitor. I was also attracted to Spratt Endicott by the work-life balance and I look forward to being part of the firm's future success."
