Andrew Woods leads the Commercial Property team. He qualified in 1986 with Radcliffes, a leading Westminster firm, spending 14 years with them before moving to Oxfordshire in 1999 when he joined Shoosmiths.

Andrew has a large and varied client base and workload but his principal areas of expertise are in landlord and tenant negotiations and the acquisition, management and disposal of investment properties.
