Guy Stephenson is a partner in the Commercial Property Department. He joined Spratt Endicott in 2006 from Westminster firm Lee Bolton & Lee where he was a partner.

Guy's principal areas of expertise are in investment properties and landlord and tenant work. He also has considerable experience of leasehold enfranchisement work and acting for high net worth clients in residential transactions
