Defended Debt Recovery

Following the reforms to Court procedure, the recovery of costs in lower value claims can be restricted.

We have a team of Legal Executives who handle the defended debt recovery. This means that although there is an hourly rate charged for the work, we can keep the costs to a minimum.

There are occasionally complex matters which we recommend we refer to the solicitors in our Dispute Resolution team. This is done only after talking over the situation with our client and giving full details of the charges involved.
