Caroline qualified in 1987 and trained and worked in London before coming to Banbury to work in 1992.
Caroline uses her commercial approach to manage and resolve disputes for her clients on a wide range of commercial litigation cases in particular contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery and product liability. She is equally at ease in dealing with high value complex litigation and smaller claims.
Caroline also has extensive experience of dealing with contentious issues which arise from the probate and trust department of the firm in particular specialising in claims made under the Family and Dependants (Inheritance) Act 1975.
