Estelle heads up the Dispute Resolution department.

She trained at Addleshaw Goddard and has since been the Intellectual Property partner at Putsmans and latterly partner and head of Intellectual Property at Harvey Ingram LLP.

Estelle has extensive experience in dealing with high value complex litigation cases acting for both national and international clients covering a broad range of commercial litigation including contractual disputes, product liability and professional negligence claims.  Estelle has recently gained a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Litigation at Nottingham Law School and this compliments her work in the intellectual property field which has had a strong emphasis on infringement actions including patents, trade marks, copyright, design rights, breach of confidentiality and passing off actions.

She is accredited as a mediator in all types of civil and commercial disputes.
