Philomena trained with Shoosmiths and qualified in 2002. She previously worked for Spratt Endicott from 2002 to 2004, then joining Howes Percival to 2006. Philomena rejoined our employment department in November 2006.
Philomena is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. She has a particular interest in discrimination cases, having worked for the Commission for Racial Equality prior to training as a solicitor. Philomena has represented both employers and employees at tribunal. She advises on all aspects of employment practice and provides training to businesses.
