Find the Golden Mouse Competition
To celebrate the launch of our new website we’re giving away a brand new Compaq 610 Notebook PC (VQ630EA) laptop.
All you have to do is locate the golden mouse icon placed on one of our website pages.
Once you’ve located the mouse, click on it to open the entry form, complete your details and submit them.
Your entry will be placed in the competition draw.
Entries may only be submitted online.
The competition closes at midnight on 17th September 2010.
By submitting your entry you agree to be bound by the rules below.
Competition Rules
- The promoter is Spratt Endicott of 52-54 The Green, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 9AB (“Spratt Endicott”)
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- The competition is not open to Partners or employees of Spratt Endicott and their immediate family members or to anyone else connected with the organisation or promotion of the competition.
- Spratt Endicott has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these Rules.
- Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by Spratt Endicott.
- There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
- The winner will be the first entry drawn at random during the week commencing 20th September 2010. The winner will be notified by email during the week commencing 27th September 2010 and requested to contact us to make arrangements for collection or delivery of the prize.
- The name of winner will be published on our website and will be available on request to anyone who contacts us at 52-54 The Green, South Bar Street, Banbury, OX16 9AB within 3 months of the closing date requesting details of the winner.
- You accept that if you win the competition, Spratt Endicott will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use your name and photograph for the purposes of announcing the winner of the competition and related promotional purposes.
- If Spratt Endicott (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact the winner within a reasonable period of the draw then it reserves the right to draw another winner.
- Spratt Endicott’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
