Rights of the tenant

A tenant has the right to ‘quietly enjoy’ the property that they rent.  ‘Quiet enjoyment’ does not mean that the tenant must be undisturbed by noise.  It means that the tenant should enjoy the possession of the property without the landlord interfering.
