Leading Banbury legal firm Spratt Endicott has this month received recognition from the Law Society with the presentation of its Conveyancing Quality Standard (CQS), an award given to recognise the outstanding contributions of legal firms to high-quality conveyancing practices.
Spratt Endicott received the quality standard thanks to its sterling reputation amongst conveyancing professionals and its support in transitioning clients to e-conveyancing.
Launched in January 2011, the Law Society’s CQS provides homebuyers with a symbol that instantly identifies firms which have made a significant commitment to professional excellence within their conveyancing services. The quality standard effectively creates a trusted conveyancing community, working together to reduce fraud and provide high-quality services for homebuyers and lenders through robust monitoring.
More than 700 firms have applied for CQS since the start of the year. Spratt Endicott is one of only three solicitors’ firms in Banbury to be awarded the Law Society’s CQS.
David Inch, Partner at Spratt Endicott Solicitors, commented: “We are constantly evolving our conveyancing services to meet and exceed client expectations and are honoured to have been recognised by the Law Society with this award. Our efforts over the past 12 months include self-monitoring to ensure we are providing a consistent standard of quality service to each and every client as well as contributing to the UK’s conveyancing standards. This award will help us maintain our existing standards through annual monitoring and enforcement.
“Being presented with our CQS will not only allow potential customers to choose us as one of the top conveyancing services in an already-crowded market, but will also ensure they know we will go out of our way to offer crucial support and advice throughout the entire homebuying process, setting their minds at ease in an otherwise stressful period.”
