How are the documents created?
The documents are created automatically by asking you a series of easy to answer questions. The clever technology behind the scenes then tailors each document based on the answers to each of your questions. Don’t worry, each question is accompanied with explanatory notes designed to ensure you have all the information necessary to answer the questions correctly.
What makes your service different to others?
We offer legal documents which are tailored to your circumstances and as part of the fixed price you pay, all documents are reviewed by one of our experts.
Can I try out a document before I buy?
Yes, you can access any document without logging in by clicking on the preview icon. This will take you through the whole process asking you questions and creating the document, however the text of the document will be partially obscured.
Can I save my document and complete it later?
Yes, once you have purchased a document you can click on the Save button at the top of each question screen and save a draft. Next time you log into the service your draft will be ready to continue.
What happens after you review my document?
You will receive an email from us advising you that your document is ready. All you need to do is log into our website and collect your document from the My Services>Legal Documents section.
How do I print the document?
Log into our website once the document is ready, and from My services>Legal Documents section click on the appropriate document to open or save it and then print it in the normal way. Note: you will need adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the document, which can be downloaded from here.
Is the Website Secure?
Your confidentiality very is important to us. We have partnered with Directlaw to provide this service. The Clientspace website is protected by an Equifax secure certificate which is shown by the padlock on your browsers toolbar. You can therefore be confident that your information will remain secure and confidential at all times.
