Debbie began her career working with Alan Olds at Fairfax Barfield & Blincowe before moving to Shoosmiths & Harrison in Banbury.

Following a stint of 10 years working with a senior partner in Hewitson Becke+Shaw where she was dealing with Wills, Trust Probate and general Private Client work.

Debbie returned to Shoosmiths in 1997 primarily dealing with local conveyancing before joining Spratt Endicott’s Your Move team.
