• Kyle qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and was an Associate at Warwickshire Law firm Needham & James LLP before joining Spratt Endicott in October 2010.

Work highlights:

• Kyle advises on a wide range of litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.
• He has considerable experience in property related disputes acting for landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property and advising on all aspects of property and real estate litigation including:
  •  lease renewals (both contested and uncontested) under the provisions of he Landlord & Tenant Act 1954;
  • breach of covenant including forfeiture and dilapidations claims;
  • boundary disputes;
  • adverse possession claims;
  • right of way/easement disputes;
  • restrictive covenants;
  • possession claims; and
  • management issues in leasehold property.
• Kyle has wide experience in conducting both High Court and county court claims and where appropriate adopts a commercial approach to the resolution of cases by alternative dispute resolution including mediation and adjudication.

• Kyle is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
• He enjoys most sports and is a particularly avid golfer with a handicap of 10.
