- Paul joined Spratt Endicott in November 2009, having transferred the remaining two months of his training contract from his previous firm
- During his training contract Paul gained significant experience in a variety of areas including company/commercial, employment, conveyancing and a diverse range of litigation areas such as negligence, breach of contract and defamation. During the second year of his training contract Paul took on the responsibility for all his firm’s debt collecting
Work highlights:
- Paul's experience gained from his training made him the ideal candidate when the opportunity arose to join Spratt Endicott's thriving Defended Commercial Recoveries Department
- His hardworking, down to earth and common sense approach is appreciated by clients and he has proved to be a valuable addition to the Team
Professional memberships, publications and interests:
- As Paul reaches the ripe old age of 25 he has found his body not as resilient as it once was in his youth. A shoulder injury has prevented him from picking up his tennis racquet or slipping on his goalie gloves for the past two years. He did join a gym to compensate but says that “somehow spinning and yoga aren't quite the same”
- Paul is a lifelong Charlton Athletic fan
