• Paula qualified in 1999, and worked for the London firm Sheridans before joining Spratt Endicott in 2006

• Paula advises on a wide range of litigation matters, which include contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery
• She has considerable experience in property related disputes acting for landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property, and advising on all aspects of property litigation to include boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, easements, rights of way, possession actions, dilapidations claims, forfeiture and management issues in residential and leasehold property and business lease renewals
• Paula also has experience of dealing with intellectual property disputes regarding the infringement of copyright, trademarks, domain name, passing off and trade secrets/ confidential information
• She is accredited by ADR Chambers UK as a mediator in all types of civil and commercial disputes. She adopts a commercial approach to cases aiming to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation or the Court
• Paula has considerable experience of dealing with County Court actions and complex high value claims through the High Court and through Arbitration

Professional Memberships, publications and interests

• Paula is a member of the Property Litigation Association
• She enjoys running and has completed the Dublin marathon in a respectable time.  Paula also enjoys walking in the Lake District
