Justine was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in 2001.
She completed her pupillage at Queen Elizabeth Building (QEB), a leading matrimonial set of Chambers in London, and practised as a barrister there until 2011.
Having relocated to Oxfordshire with her young family, Justine began working with Spratt Endicott as an employed barrister in 2016.
Justine is also a trained mediator, and has completed her Direct Access training.
Work Highlights:
Justine has extensive experience of family law litigation, and has represented clients at all levels of tribunal from the magistrates’ court to the Court of Appeal.
Justine’s matrimonial finance work has included cases involving high-net worth clients with complex financial arrangements, including UK-based and overseas trusts and companies. She has experience of representing clients with farming interests, forces and services pensions, and property abroad.
She has also acted in a wide variety of private law children cases, including applications for child arrangement orders; applications for removal from the jurisdiction and for parental responsibility; special guardianship orders and applications under the Hague Convention.
In addition, Justine has experience of applications for injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996; Co-habitation cases; and claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Justine is a trained mediator, and is a firm supporter of mediation as a powerful tool for resolving disputes arising from separation and divorce in appropriate cases.
Justine is a member of Resolution.
She is married with three young children and is a trustee of BYHP (Banbury Young Homelessness Project).
