Tight Timescale

New Build transactions often involve short deadlines.  We are experienced in working to tight timescales, for example developers may expect exchange of contracts to take place within 28 days of solicitors receiving contracts.

Fixed Fees

Open and transparent fees are fixed at the outset, and give you the reassurance that you will not receive any unexpected bills.  We also offer a NO MOVE NO FEE GUARANTEE which, in the unlikely event something goes wrong with your purchase, means we will not charge you any legal fees.  All we ask is that you reimburse us for any third party expenses that may have been incurred.
