If you want to instruct us please complete the form below and send it to us (our contact details are at the bottom of the form).
You can complete the form online, download it to fill in later or print it off and complete it by hand.
HIPs Instruction Form You will need PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat to access and complete these forms. If you do not have this already you can download it, free of charge, from the Adobe website. To save the forms to fill in later, right click (CTRL-click on Mac) and select "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As...".
What happens next?
As soon as we have cleared funds from you we will immediately:
a) instruct a DEA to produce an EPC.
b) apply to the Land Registry for official copies.
c) submit the Local Authority and Drainage searches.
d) forward a Property Information Questionnaire to you for completion and return.
