This service is offered on a no win no fee basis, (excluding disbursements), at an agreed percentage rate depending on:
- Where your debtor is in the world
- The age of the debt
How our network of agencies can help you
Where we are unable to collect the debt directly, we have a network of agencies who will carry out pre-legal, and lawyers worldwide who will act for us often on a contingency basis.
Should legal proceedings be required, we will obtain an estimate of the likely costs for you. If you agree to this estimate we will ask for your written agreement for us to proceed with the action.
You may also be asked for a security payment to be paid to the appointed agent. You will be liable for all of the agent’s costs as well as our own.
