Divorce from £250
For a one-off fee of £250 + VAT, take control of your divorce process and prepare the necessary documents online. One of Spratt Endicott's family law experts will review the documents for you and advise if there are any problems. You will additionally need to pay court fees and this service does not cover the financial side of your divorce or any problems that may arise.
For an additional cost, Spratt Endicott can provide you with as much or as little legal assistance as you may require during the divorce process.

From 6 April 2011, the Family Procedure Rules 2010 come into force in England and Wales. The format of Court documents will change from that date and forms in use before that date will no longer be accepted by the Court. Other procedures will also change and we recommend that you seek our advice regarding how this may impact on your own particular case and circumstances
