Carol Shaw leads our employment team and provides a full range of employment law services for employers. She has an excellent success record as advocate in employment tribunals and is experienced in dealing with injunctive relief in respect of confidentiality and restrictive covenants. We also offer corporate training in a wide range of areas including equal opportunities, disciplinary processes and managing short-term absence. Our training can be tailored to your policies, people and needs.
All work carried out by our employment department is supervised by Carol Shaw, a director and head of the department.
