Oxfordshire law firm broadens expertise as former legal conveyancing manager secures solicitor qualification

Spratt Endicott Solicitors, a leading Oxfordshire Law Firm, has broadened its property expertise with the qualification of one of its team as a Residential Property Solicitor.

Sharandeep Chhabra, who has been a trainee solicitor with Spratt Endicott for the last 18 months, has now qualified as a solicitor. She will work in Residential Property, specialising in New Build Sales including Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, Staircasing transactions, as well as dealing with traditional freehold and leasehold matters.

Her legal expertise will strengthen the well-established and growing Conveyancing team at Spratt Endicott’s Bicester Office.

Of her qualification, Sharandeep said: “The training involved in becoming a fully qualified solicitor has expanded my legal knowledge in all aspects of property law. While it’s great for my personal development, I’m also looking forward to using my experience to help augment Spratt Endicott’s already extensive Residential Property offering.”

Sharandeep has a wealth of experience in the sector having worked as a Legal Conveyancing Manager for a large Housing Association in London, where she gained 4 years’ experience with new build homes, including emphasis on Shared Ownership, Shared Equity, Help to Buy scheme and resales. Over the course of a 10 year legal career, Sharandeep has managed a varied caseload, comprised of property sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgage.
