Jennie is an expert in agricultural property, with a background in commercial property. Jennie qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and joined Spratt Endicott in October 2018.
Jennie has wide experience in dealing with sales of farms and estates, including basic payment scheme entitlements and overage agreements. A large part of Jennie’s current workload is transactions involving HS2, whether sales under blight notices or general vesting declarations.
Issues surrounding agricultural occupiers, whether under documented agreements or not, are also dealt with by Jennie, as is the re-structuring of family farms.
Jennie also has an interest in dealing with charity property such as Village Halls or Recreation Areas, and dealing with first registration of property at the Land Registry.
She is a member of the Agricultural Law Association
