Karen Middleton
Director (Licensed Conveyancer), Residential Property
Karen is an experienced Licensed Conveyancer advising clients on a broad range of residential property purchases, sales and other transactions. With over 25 years of conveyancing experience, she has gained exceptional expertise in some more of the unusual or complex areas such as unregistered property, right to buy, staircasing, lease extensions and overage provisions.
Karen joined SE-Solicitors in June 2021 and leads the Banbury office Residential Property team. She is also an active member of SE-Solicitors Sustainability Action Group working to improve the sustainability of the business.
Karen qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010, having worked in conveyancing since 1998. Prior to joining SE-Solicitors, she was head of the conveyancing practice for a midlands-based Josiah Hincks Solicitors. Karen previously spent 15 years working in Banbury and Bicester as an Associate and Conveyancing Executive.
Outside of work Karen enjoys baking and running.
