Claire Rose is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Conveyancing Department in Spratt Endicott. Claire has particular experience in dealing with Self Build properties and has extensive expertise in Freehold Sales and Purchases, Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Probate Sale, Title Split, Help to Buy, Remortgages, Auctions, Lease Extensions, Registering Easements and Equity release. 

Claire began her legal career in 1993 at a Daventry firm, before moving to work at a Banbury solicitors in 1996.

 She qualified as a Fellow of Ilex in 2005 and after a career break to focus on her family, Claire joined the Banbury team of Spratt Endicott’s Residential Property department in January 2015.

Claire offers her clients a high level of professionalism and guidance in a friendly and approachable way. Claire has assisted hundreds of her clients on a number of conveyancing matters.

Experience and Expertise:

  • Claire has a varied legal background, previously dealing with Criminal Law, Family and Matrimonial, and Wills and Probate. Prior to joining Spratt Endicott, she was dealing with Probate applications and residential conveyancing (both sales and purchases).
  • Her main area of expertise is residential conveyancing.


  • In her spare time, Claire is a member of her local primary school’s PTA and helps with fundraising. She loves listening to music and watching live events, and also enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with her family.
