    • Second time of using Spratt Endicott, on both occasions using Debbie Bates, first time for a purchase second for a sale. with the property being Leasehold, it can be a lengthy procedure, but on both occasions, I was able to communicate via email, which made life easier, limiting lengthy phone calls. Email response was quick and informative. Highly Recommended.
