Jennie Loynes joined Spratt Endicott in October 2018 as an Associate in the Agriculture and Estates team in Banbury

A qualified solicitor since 2005, Jennie has dealt with a range of commercial property work but has specialised in agricultural and rural property work.

Agreeing land swaps, including the surrender of an AHA (Agricultural Holdings Act) tenancy to be replaced with a FBT (Farm Business Tenancy) as well as freehold land transfers.

Arranging the first registration of a large farming estate in Warwickshire, with deeds dating back to the 1600s.
