Philippa Hebbard works with Spratt Endicott as a Consultant Solicitor specialising in non-contentious construction matters.

After spending 10 years working at city firm, Linklaters LLP, Philippa then expanded the construction practice as head of construction at a regional firm before becoming a consultant to Spratt Endicott.

She is experienced in advising on all procurement routes and construction documentation, as well as construction aspects of agreements for lease and development and funding agreements.

  • Leading developers such as Carillion Developments, Lendlease and Stanhope plc on landmark developments across the city (Elephant and Castle Regeneration, Bluewater Shopping Centre, BSkyB’s Broadcasting Centre, Rothschild’s London Headquarters) as well as mixed-use developments (Freeman’s Reach Durham, Chiswick Business Park, Central Saint Giles and 5 Hanover Square, London);
  • Regional developers such as DB Symmetry Limited, Barwood Capital, Hampton Brook (UK) Limited and Turnstone Estates on business park and leisure developments;
  • A range of investment funds, banks and alternative lenders on development financings including Deutsche Bank on a London residential and student accommodation scheme, a European investment fund on the redevelopment of iCity, Olympic Park, Stratford and a Hong Kong based bank on a UK residential development;
