Thomas Halstead is a solicitor at Spratt Endicott in the Banking & Finance, Dispute Resolution department, specialising in banking and asset finance litigation, guarantees and indemnities claims and breach of contract in commercial disputes. He qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after a training contract with Parrott & Coales in Aylesbury before joining Spratt Endicott.
Having completed his Law degree at the University of Nottingham, Thomas worked at the leading banking and finance firm Matthew Arnold & Baldwin LLP as a Paralegal assisting with the high profile swaps and financial products litigation on behalf of multinational banking clients. Thomas joined Dentons UKMEA LLP and specialised in defendant litigation in small claims matters before being seconded to Barclays Bank Plc. Whilst at Barclays, Thomas worked with the financial reporting and legal teams, developing core skills of client needs and expectations from working in-house.
