Spratt Endicott continues to attract solicitors from leading law firms

Spratt Endicott’s most recent appointment to its Commercial Property department is Andrew Querelle, Associate, with particular experience in commercial development work and acting for corporate occupiers.

Andrew joins the firm from Blake Morgan Solicitors in Oxford, and his work highlights include the acquisition, development and letting of sites on behalf of a major car dealership business for use as motor retail showrooms including new landmark buildings in West London and Reading.

The firm’s Commercial Property team work with local and national companies from a range of sectors.  The team of specialist solicitors deal with major development projects, whilst still maintaining that personal touch.  Most of their work comes through recommendations and referrals, and their dedication and high level of service means that they enjoy working with their clients for many years.
