Spratt Endicott Recognises Hard Work and Dedication of Solicitors

Spratt Endicott Solicitors continues to secure its strength and growth as it celebrates the promotions of three members of staff and the appointment of a new solicitor.

Head of Family Law Patrick Mulcare has been promoted to Partner at the firm, while Petra van Dijk and Tom McInerney have both been promoted to Associates.

Having joined Spratt Endicott as a Solicitor in 2008, Patrick, who is based at the company’s Banbury office, became an Associate and Head of the Family Law department in 2013.

Petra van Dijk joined the firm in 2011, having completed a Dutch law degree and qualifying as a solicitor in 2000.  Petra is based in the Dispute Resolution department at Spratt Endicott’s Banbury office and specialises in insolvency.

Tom McInerney is based at the firm’s Bicester office and specialises in Wills and Probate. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and worked in London, Tom joined Spratt Endicott in January 2011.

Speaking about the promotions, Patrick said: “I am delighted to have been made a Partner at Spratt Endicott. With the recent growth of the department it is recognition of the depth of experience and quality we now have in the family team.

“The promotions of my colleagues also demonstrates how the firm is looking to the future and to the next generation of solicitors.”

Following its recent run of promotions, Spratt Endicott  is also pleased to announce a new appointment in the Commercial Property team.  Emma Buck joins the team at the Banbury office, having completed her training and qualifying as a solicitor in March.

She said: “I am very excited to join the busy team here at Spratt Endicott, especially at such an exciting time for the company, as it continues to grow and expand.”
