Spratt Endicott shortlisted for national Conveyancing Awards

July 1st 2019

Spratt Endicott Solicitors is celebrating its shortlisting for the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards – a national award that recognises excellence in the UK conveyancing market.

The firm offers specialist conveyancing services from its offices in Banbury, Buckingham, Bicester and Brackley. A firm with national reach and strong local roots, Spratt Endicott is shortlisted in the award category of Conveyancing Firm of the Year – South of England.

The Conveyancing Firm of the Year Award not only considers the size and complexity of the work that the firm carries out but also the firm’s commitment to the training and development of staff, to providing excellent customer service, and to playing a role in the local community. Finalists are commended for their achievement and innovation in an incredibly competitive market place.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie event on Thursday 18th July 2019, hosted at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.

Michael Weightman, Residential Property Manager, at Spratt Endicott, commented: “We’re delighted to have made the awards’ shortlist. It’s fantastic to be recognised for the work we do, and the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards are well-respected in the industry, which means winning it will be a real feather in our cap.”

He continued: “We’re very much looking forward to finding out if we win in July, but shortlisting in itself is a great achievement, as a department, we’re simply enjoying it for the time being.”

Spratt Endicott’s conveyancing team delivers a range of property related services including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build and self-build homes, buy to let, right to buy, shared ownership and equity release.

Andrew Woods, Managing Director of Spratt Endicott, also commented: “We have an excellent team of conveyancers who deliver a first-class service for our clients. The fact that this has been recognised by our peers in the industry just serves to underpin the quality of the work that they do.”

He concluded: “As Managing Director, it gives me a tremendous sense of pride when our teams receive the recognition that they deserve for the fantastic work that they’ve done this year. I wish the team all the best and I’m very much looking forward to seeing if we do go on to win.”
