The 16 recommended lawyers work throughout Spratt Endicott’s specialist departments and include David Endicott and Chris Goldingham who are recognised as elite ‘Leading Lawyers’ who ‘both consistently exhibit an excellent blend of technical knowledge and commercialism’. John Spratt is recommended as head of the Company Commercial team with ‘good commercial understanding of business complexities’, and Andrew Woods is recommended as ‘extremely experienced in negotiations of residential development land’.
