Spratt Endicott Solicitors has once again demonstrated its strength as it celebrates the promotion of another team member.

Pete Gardner, Defended Commercial Recoveries Manager, at the firm’s Banbury office, has now been promoted to an Associate.  This follows the recent announcement of a number of promotions throughout the firm.

Having initially pursued a career in radio after leaving university, Pete joined Spratt Endicott in 2004 as a legal assistant.

With the help and support of the firm, Pete trained for four years before qualifiying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010. Heading up the Defended Commercial Recoveries Department, he works closely with both the large Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution teams based in the Banbury office.

Speaking of his promotion, Pete said: “I have worked for Spratt Endicott for over 11 years now and have made steady progress throughout my time here. I am proud with what I have been able to achieve and I am proud to work for Spratt Endicott who have supported me every step of the way.  After such a long time it is difficult to imagine working anywhere else and I hope one day to be able to complete the final step and become a Partner.”

Non-lawyer Partner Martin Hughes, Head of Commercial Recoveries, said: “Pete’s promotion is very well deserved. He’s an incredibly hard worker and a very active member of the firm.”
